At Berlina, our passion remains in building beautiful and bespoke homes that bring our clients and architects visions to life. Alongside our dedication to our bespoke builds, we’re also engaged in the medium-density Government residential sector, which includes specialised facilities. We employ a stringent project management approach, ensuring each project is delivered on time and within budget, and at a level of quality that aims to exceed expectation.
The work we do spans all phases of the project delivery cycle, and can range from planning to completion:

Our Process
Depending on the extent of our services required on the project, our process is fairly simple, and its centred on continual and ongoing communication, from pre-planning and construction, right through to final completion and handover. Although each project differs from the next, in brief:
Tender Stage
Get in touch to discuss your project. If it aligns with what we do and the service we deliver, we will provide a tailored fee proposal.

Pre-Commencement & Project Planning
Once necessary documentation is in place, we focus on mobilising, planning construction works, and establishing initial sequencing. It may also involve a kick-off meeting, preliminary collaboration with client architects and stakeholders, and may involve assistance with obtaining CC.
2.
Construction and Building Phase
Once building approvals are in place, we bring the project to life with the commencement of onsite works. This also involves regular client and team meetings, project tracking, and progress claims.
3.
Completion and Handover
As the project nears completion, we prepare for a seamless handover with final walkthroughs, handover documentation and delivery of keys. Post-handover, the Defect Liability Period (DLP) begins, with ongoing long-term support available.
