Our clients for this project approached Berlina to construct their new family home. They came to us not knowing their the direction or vision they had for their home. At the time, Berlina was in the process of designing a french provincial inspired home, with a modern twist. Our "Katarina" design was proposed and shown to the client and they immediately fell in love with it.

"The Katarina" was a collaborative effort between Berlina and our clients. Our project delivery philosophy centers on open lines of communication and collaborative efforts between all consultants, subcontractors, designers and clients alike, all with the aim to exceed our clients quality expectations.

As Berlina Projects Director Anthony put it, 'the Katarina' is a "french inspired classic with a contemporary twist." It was a home designed not only for the comfort of suburban living, but also with the mindset of developing a state of elegance and luxury in a flourishing developmental estate.

Comprising 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 seperate WC, kitchen, dining, living, formal dining, theatre, dual garage and a balcony, our Elizabeth Hills design and construct did make the most of site constraints. The French-Contemporary influence has been integrated throughout the project, both externally in the illustrious facade, and internally in not only the joinery (such as fixtures and fittings), but also the projects internal fixout in terms of skirting, architraves and doors. The project is a perfect blend of french-inspired elements, integrated with the modern contemporary style of modern living.
