Berlina is a family owned and operated Construction Business, operating and working in the Australian Construction Industry for over 23 years. Whilst specialising in quality built architecturally designed homes, Berlina diversifies itself by also simultaneously delivering numerous Family and Community Service Social Housing projects for the NSW Government. The company, started by a father and his two sons, has grown into a large entity comprising a variety of staff, both administrative and on-site, as well as a network of trades and suppliers. Our strong growth over the past decade and a half can be attributed to not only our knowledge and experience in industry, but also our ability to create and sustain positive and collaborative long-term relationships with all stakeholders, all centred around our simple, yet effective ideology: "Do it right once, and remember quality is in the detail!"

Berlina came very highly recommended to me by a friend of my clients. My first project with them was in 2003 on a new house in Wollstonecraft.
This project was complex and highly detailed. It involved demolition of an existing dwelling, extensive excavation, construction of a ground floor slab, membrane tanking, steel and timber frame above with brick and timber infill. There was also extensive landscaping works and an in-ground pool. The interior involved much detailed joinery.
Every project that we have done together has been successful.
They presented very well and eager to make me and my clients happy. The end products were completed on time, to budget, with very little stress.
It is a pity that I have to go through the competitive tender process as I would prefer to just work with Berlina.
